Welcome to Elliot’s Light.
Elliot’s Light was started in 2014 by Ed and Beverly Patterson to honor the memory and legacy of Elliot Patterson Williams. Elliot passed away on May 28, 2012, after a brief and courageous battle with ovarian cancer. Elliot was, and continues to be, an inspiration to all who knew her and to those who have heard of her courage and faith. Elliot’s Light exists to create a visible, on-going presence in Central Alabama that advocates for education, early detection, research, and effective treatment of ovarian cancers. Elliot’s Light LLC partners with the Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation, a nonprofit organization started in 2004.
Elliot’s Light, LLC is very proud to be in partnership with the Norma Livingston Ovarian Cancer Foundation. The mission of the NLOCF is to raise funds for ovarian cancer research and to increase awareness about the risks, symptoms and treatments of this disease.
